During my Christmas vacation, I had the chance to stay at a hotel that had a great staff team, always courteous and prompt in meeting my requests. the key location was perfect too, with the city's main attractions within walking distance. I also enjoyed the fact that my heavy luggage was carried up and down the staircase in a patient and gentle manner.

I couldn't ignore some of the terrible maintenance issues at the hotel. the air conditioning unit was leaking water, the wash basin in my bathroom was cracked and the WC flush kept leaking despite my complaints.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful throughout our visit. They happily provided us with an iron board and iron very late at night, and even carried our heavy luggage up and down the stairs to the cab parked outside. We were extremely grateful for their patience and assistance.

Everything was fantastic.

The hotel has a helpful staff who carried bags; and an accessible, good location. Even requests for late-night ironing were met. the issues with maintenance were frankly a real letdown. Leaking ACs, cracked wash basins, and continuous WC leaks were deeply concerning. While the breakfast was tasty, the portions could be better.

Terrible maintenance.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the polite and helpful staff. They gladly offered me an iron and ironing board when requested, even after 10PM. they managed to transport all of my heavy luggage from the hotel to my cab, which was parked quite far - a truly helpful gesture. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with great connectivity to main tourist attractions.

It's unfortunate that the maintenance of the hotel was quite terrible during my stay. Despite repeated complaints, the water was dripping from the AC, and the cracked washbasin and WC flush leakage remained unfixed.
